Stamp Duty at 0% for first time buyers!!

The Chancellor has announced in his budget 2010 that Stamp Duty has been reduced to zero% for a year on property purchases up to £250,000.

The catch is a purchaser must be a genuine first time buyer, not only in the UK but must have never owned a property anywhere else in the world too.
